- Non-EU/EEA/Swiss founder, co-founder, or core employee
- Startup incorporated in Malta and less than 7 years old
- Company has not distributed profits
- Viable, innovative and scalable business plan endorsed by the competent Maltese authority

Qualifying Investment
Minimum €25,000 capital investment in the Maltese business, with committed additional operational funding as required by the endorsed business plan.
