Lawful permanent resident (LPR) for 5 years (3 years if married to and living with a US citizen the entire period)
Age 18 or older at filing
Continuous residence in the US for the qualifying period
Physical presence for at least half of the qualifying period (30 months of 5 years / 18 months of 3 years)
3 months of residence in the state or USCIS district of filing
