Eligibility

Conditional permanent resident (CR-1/CR-6) approaching the 2-year anniversary
File jointly with the US citizen or LPR spouse within the 90 days before the 2-year anniversary
Or file with a waiver: divorce after a good-faith marriage, abuse/extreme cruelty, or extreme hardship if removed
