- Funds sourced legally and traceable
- Maintain the qualifying investment for the full 5-year period

Investment Requirements
Qualifying Investment
Choose one: (a) €500,000 into qualifying Portuguese investment or venture capital funds; (b) €500,000 into research activities; (c) €250,000 into artistic/cultural heritage donation; (d) Creation of 10 jobs in Portugal; (e) €500,000 in an incorporated business creating 5 jobs. Real estate routes are no longer available.
